What is HEALTHPOYNT®?

HEALTHPOYNT® is a personalized Healthcare Planning Service for individuals, families, and businesses.

What is a HEALTHPOYNT® Healthcare Planner?

At HEALYHPOYNT a Healthcare Planner is referred to as a PoyntPerson.
A PoyntPerson is an independent consumer & patient advocate
PoyntPerson helps you to personalize your healthcare experience by providing you, your family, or an employee with education and options, so you can make an informed healthcare decision for both care and cost needs.
Through our network of PoyntPersons (Healthcare Planners) we help you plan, navigate, manage, and negotiate all your health COST and CARE needs.

What is the cost of a HEALTHPOYNT® membership?

Individual (Year 1)
- Membership = $50.00
- Bank of Poynts (Bank = 10 Poynts) = $500.00
  - Additional Poynts can be purchased as needed.
Individual (Renewal Year)
- Membership = $35.00
- Bank of Poynts (Bank = 10 Poynts) = $500.00
  - Poynts that are not used will rollover and all you have to purchase are the Poynts to replenish your Bank of 10.
Family (Year 1)
- Membership = $50.00
- Additional Memberships = $25.00/ea.
  - Extended family members on plan (i.e.; spouses, children, grandparents, partners, etc.)
- Bank of Poynts (Bank = 10 Poynts) = $500.00
  - All members on the Family Plan can withdraw from the Bank of Poynts.
  - Additional Poynts can be purchased as needed.
Family (Renewal Year)
- Membership = $35.00
- Additional Memberships = $15.00/ea.
  - Extended family members on plan (i.e.; spouses, children, grandparents, partners, etc.)
- Bank of Poynts (Bank = 10 Poynts) = $500.00
  - All members on the Family Plan can withdraw from the Bank of Poynts.
  - Additional Poynts can be purchased as needed.
Business (Year 1)
- Membership (Employee) = $50.00
- Additional Memberships (Dependent) = $25.00/ea.
  - Extended family members on plan (i.e.; spouses, children, grandparents, partners, etc.)
  - It is up to the employer who they would like to extend coverage to
- Bank of Poynts (Bank = 10 Poynts) = $500.00
  - Employer purchases 20% of total Employee memberships for Bank of Poynts (example; 100 Memberships (employees) x 20% = 20 Book of Poynts = 20 Book of Poynts (200 Poynts = $10,000.00)
  - All members on the Employer Plan can withdraw from the Bank of Poynts.
  - Additional Poynts can be purchased as needed for $50.00/ea. Poynt

What are HEALTHPOYNT Poynts?

Poynt = $50.00
Bank of Poynts = 10 Poynts = $500.00
Poynts are the currency that members will use for consultation and services of their PoyntPerson.
Poynts are only deducted from your plan after a member signs off on the services.

How do I use my HEALTHPOYNT® membership?

If you know how to call, text, or email, then you have access to your PoyntPerson.
All members will have access to their personal HEALTHPOYNT dashboard (parents will have access to their children’s dashboard.

Who should purchase a HEALTHPOYNT® membership?

Anybody who thinks the healthcare system is too complex, too costly, or too little information.
Anybody who does not have the knowledge or time, or both to navigate the healthcare system
Similar specialty consumer services:
- Would you ever defend yourself in a lawsuit? Most likely you will hire a lawyer to represent you.
- Would you do your own taxes if you were audited? Probably you would seek out an accountant to prepare your taxes.
- Would you blindly invest your retirement money without researching? I wouldn’t, I would want as much education and information before I make my purchase.

My family and I are currently healthy, so how will a HEALTHPOYNT® membership benefit us?

We never choose the date, time or place when we enter the healthcare system. When you become a member with HEALTHPOYNT, you and your loved one will have peace of mind that your PoyntPerson is standing at the ready to assist with any health CARE or COST need.

Is HEALTHPOYNT® healthcare insurance?

No, we do not replace healthcare insurance.
Your insurance plan is the foundation of what your PoyntPerson will use to obtain as many options and choices for our members.
HEALTHPOYNT’s model is based individually on maximizing the efficient use of your insurance plan for both CARE and COST.

Is HEALTHPOYNT user friendly?

Purchase your HEALTHPOYNT membership.
Member completes onboarding process.
Member will be assigned a PoyntPerson
Member can contact their PoyntPerson via phone, text or email
Member and PoyntPerson discuss Needs Assessment
PoyntPerson creates the Member’s Service Plan
PoyntPerson plans the work, and works the plan.
