Founder / President
Jim Poynton is the founder and president of HEALTHPOYNT® . Jim’s career in healthcare began in 1998 in medical device sales. Jim has worked for the largest medical device company in the world as well as several start-up companies. Throughout his 18-plus years in the medical device industry and healthcare consulting, Jim has been involved with every facet of the medical device process from physician-industry relations, design, manufacturing, sales and distribution, provider contracts and, ultimately, patient safety. Director of Technology
Aaron is focused on the design, architecture, and implementation of HEALTHPOYNT®'s application and technology stack. Prior to joining HEALTHPOYNT® , he was involved in many successful start-up companies in industries such as Hosting, Real Estate, and a variety of e-Commerce sectors. As a consultant, Aaron often wore many hats such as Lead Developer, Server Administrator, Database Administrator, and Systems Architect. Equally at home on the command line, the IDE, or a business meeting, he is the driving force of our integrated platform. He received his bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana State University.

Director of Business Development
Jerry has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry where he has held leadership roles in marketing and sales. He began his career with Richards Medical Company in product management which led to positions in national and international distribution channel management with pioneering orthopedic, spinal, biologics and biomaterials companies. He has a BBA from the University of Memphis and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
